Our Sweetness Collection
Ace – Black Male X, 60 lbs, Age 2
Hello Ladies and Gentlemen! My name is Ace, and I am looking for a loving home to call my own. I may be shy but I am one loyal guy – your go-to sweetness friend. Perfect for sharing anything from secrets to adventures! Why settle for an Ace up your sleeve when you can have the Ace by your side! So, adopt me please, I’m ready for some hugs and squeezes!
So, my story is an unfortunately all too common one. You see, I had an owner. I lived pretty much outside and people weren’t very kind. It makes me a bit shy until I sort you out – beautiful, wonderful, kind, loving, happy people like the Defenders of Dogs. People like my foster family. Or the other kinds … the scary, mean kind. The kind that hit rather than hug. I would say lucky for me my previous owners took me to a shelter. While terrifying, it really was the luckiest day of my life because I discovered “Rescuers.” They, like my foster family, are the awesomest and their patient love has given me a new lease on life! Now all I have to do is find my forever family, a kind, loving family, to call my own and my miracle will be complete!
So, me, I love to play with other dogs my size, especially the two 4 legged ones in my foster home. I like kids too (age 7+)! It’s a dog’s responsibility to help keep them safe you know. Go figure – it’s amazing what a little kindness and love will do! When I’m happy I do zoomies while tossing my toys – I love to hear you laugh. I like car rides and walks on the leash and at the end of the day to sleep on a dog bed at your feet. I’m house trained and crate trained and a really good boy, if a bit shy until I trust. Sometimes a really just want to heard – so instinct buried in my ancestors past. Other than that, well, I am an Ace after all! Let’s have a grand adventure and see the world …
Ace is available for adoption through the Labrador Retriever Rescue of Fresno. This house-trained guy is sweetheart who loves pets from his best friend. He gets along with people, young (children 7+) and old and dogs his size. He is house trained, and crate trained and will sleep on his bed all night. He likes toys and running around like a typical lab. Ace will require patience, love, and some basic training to turn him in to a true Ace. If you have room in your heart and home, you can’t go wrong with this guy. If you would like to adopt Ace, please fill out an application at our website:. https://www.LabRescueFresno.Org
