Lola

Lola – Black Female, 1 year old, 60 lbs.

Hey there new friends!! My name is Lola and I am just about the cutest Labbie in town. Why is that, you ask? Well, I went from being homeless and frightened, living in a culvert in the mountains with my three babies, to becoming a Labrador Retriever Rescue of Fresno AKA the defenders of dogs dog!! I now live with my amazing foster family, being loved and cared for like the treasure I am! The only thing that could make me even happier is to find a forever family of my very own. Let me tell you a bit about myself to see if you might be the one to be my forever family 🙂

I love playing with other dogs, especially little ones. I am also ok with that thing that makes funny noises like meow. Being that I was found alone in the mountains, it took me a little time to trust people, but I am learning more and more every single day! I am learning what toys are and how to fetch. I love to go on daily walks to explore my world and would love to join my forever family on lots of adventures! It would also be super awesome if my forever family has another doggie to be my playmate – how fun! I also have perfected my house manners and I am house trained and I even know how to use a doggie door!

Lola is a beautiful young girl with a happy spirit and a true zest for life! Since Lola lived a lonely early life, she will need to gain trust in her people at first. She is a gentle sweetheart who will require a little patience with her new family in order for her to show her true lovely self. Like all young Labradors, Lola would greatly benefit from training classes with her new family so they can learn together and ensure a lifelong happy relationship. Lola gets along great with kids, dogs and cats. If you want to fill your days with happiness and Labbie love, be sure to apply today to adopt Lola at www.labrescuefresno.org!
